Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items can only be returned after they have been delivered and received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- Items may be tried on, but must not be worn
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@lucydavidlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and meets our return conditions:
- You will receive a refund within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Liability
Please note the following:
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking shows the package has been delivered
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
