At Lucy & David London, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items can only be returned after they have been delivered and received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
- Items may be tried on but must not be worn.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@lucydavidlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
- Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please do not send items back to the sender address shown on the package, as this may delay or invalidate your return.
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and it meets our return conditions:
- We will process your refund within 30 days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Liability
Please note the following:
- We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your shipping details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.
